Which Banks offer safe deposit boxes?

Hi,
Please can someone let me know which high street banks offer safe deposit boxes for storing things like gold and other valuables?
Also, which of these are located around Birmingham?
Many of the banks used to offer this service previously but it seems to have been phased out in many banks due to the cost to the banks.
Thanks in advance...

If you send me a PM with you address I'll forward a large Jiffy bag, put your gold in there and send it to me. I'l do my best to look after it for free. (But won't accept any liability).0

Barclays are doing an audit of all their boxes so aren't accepting new requests.0
