Would Anyone Know?

I had an offer made to me for PPI which I declined, I was offered £400 and the amount owed was £2000.
They haven't replied to me yet and that was 16th August, does anyone know how long I should allow them?

Thanks
Capricorn

I would give them another letter reiterating you want what you entitled to and maybe say another 7 days to put things right or give you a final response and then you will take to FOS. I would only do this though IF you have given them the full 8 weeks since FIRST complaining as that is how the rules go for taking complaints to the Ombudsman Service.
  • Great, thanks for your quick response ;)
