Hi,
Just wondering if someone has had an order made through the ASDA website? I did, took bank card details, Delivery was due today between 2/4pm Waited in until about 4:15 with no luck. Had to go and pick up DD from nursery, still no luck with the delivery, came home. No sign of delivery. Called Customer service. Got told that no order had been made.
Checked Email for conformation email but there was not one there.
I know this sounds a bit silly but what are my options now? I know that someone had my bank details etc, i can cancel my card. But then means waiting for a new card 7/10 days :mad:.

If your sure it was the Adsa website then I'm assuming at some point you had to click on accept.
I don't know about Asda but websites tend to throw up a reference number on the screen after accepting
The simple answer would seem to be that you either failed to follow through or pressed cancel instead.
