Is there a better two year deal than 2.5% ISA with NS&I?

Greetings to all,
Our daughter's child bonds are about to mature to the tune of £800. She wishes to reinvest this sum for two years to help fund the last year of her masters.

NS&I are offering a direct ISA at 2.5%.

Can anyone please advise if there's a better deal out there?

Many thanks for reading this far

    Does she pay tax?

If not, you can get around 3.8% gross in a taxable account and either have it marked as non-taxable or claim back the income tax retrospectively.
