And I checked the prices of the other ones with my plumber who happened to be in the house! Thanks besyman, for the other websites. I'll keep tabs on them as still to buy fittings for a new shower-room and they seem a very good source.

I have just used plumbworld because the site looked great but the order has not turned up and the people at customer services do not seem to care and there is no phone number to call and I really regret giving them a go now

They may not have a number, but your bank / credit card company does.
If you have paid for goods that have not arrived and the company dont help then the next step is to reclaim the payment.On the internet you can be anything you want.It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.0 -

I have asked to cancel the order now and will call the credit card company if the refund doesnt appear.
I have learnt a lesson to check for phone numbers before ordering anything - it is very stressful otherwise!0 -
