Was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, my Partner claims Income support for us and our 2 Children he also claims High rate Disability and low rate care. I've just been offered a part time Job working 12hrs per wk( starting nxt friday) my Partner has been looking into going Self Employed with a Hobby that he hes been doing for years and we would like to give this ago. This would also be part time due to his Disability so we will be comming off Income support will he also need to come off his Disability payment's as not sure how this works, would we be able to claim Tax credits? I would be earning approx £3,460 per year and my Partner around £5,000 per year.
Thankyou x x

Starting work doesn't mean he has to come off his DLA. He can still claim as long as his work doesn't contradict his care or mobility needs.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
