  • I checked this out after seeing the weekly email, turns out there was £37.50 in vouchers waiting for me! At the moment, you can quadruple the value by getting rewards at restaurants, so we have traded them in for £150 worth of vouchers for Pizza Express, Cafe Rouge and Strada!!! What a Bonus! Hurrah!!!
  • not sure whats happened here but I thought I would check just in case. Thankfully I did. Christmas is coming and I know what I am going to use to go towards the cost.

  • I discovered I had £44.50, i have no idea why? i've spent every voucher they sent me!

  • I'm getting this, then when i put my details in it says 'The details you have entered do not match those on our system.' do not sure what to do next!
    Had same problem twinkliestar. Called tesco and was told to make sure i had the correct number if i had more than 1 clubcard or to make sure that i used the main cardholders number if i had a credit card/clubcard. Used my wifes number and got straight in. Found £54 lost vouchers + £ 27 new vouchers = £81 :-)

    MCA is always very fussy the first time.
    1) Use the complete CC no with no spaces - some people miss out the first six digits. If you have a secondary credit card to use your name - prefix the no with 01 i.e. 0163400490????????
    2) It won't accept initials - whether you put them in or if CC have one for first name it will fail, first name must match i.e. if it's Andy - Andrew will fail.
    3) Address differences count - one may say Saint Andrews road, another may say St. Andrews road = fail.
    4) If you have a joint a/c it is the card with the matching name, not your partner's card and your name - as per the CC system.

    Hence, if you get the 'Details do not match' call CC, when you are near your computer and you can be guided through.

    I got all my tesco cards under one online account now which is so much easier to keep track off the points I got .

    But the other week I got some vouchers in the post from a card number which isnt on the online account. Trouble is, cant find the card anywhere so cant find out if I got any lost Tesco points on that one as havent got the full card number. Does anyone know if I phone tesco and quote the last 4 numbers (which shows up on the vouchers) that tesco can add this to the online account?

    CC can do a search via your surname and postcode, and find what accounts come up. The four digit no only helps as confirmation that the right one has been found.
    So, ring CC quote your CC no., mention you had another statement and trying to trace that CC to link them all together.
