  • At the end of the day I know for a fact that the opinions of all the brokers who post regularly on this site are valued and welcomed. We gain satisfaction merely in knowing that we can offer generic guidance and hopefully point someone on the right path to avoid a financial mistake that could cost them dearly in the long run.

Almost all the regualr posters on this site appreciate having the ability to put questions to Impartial, qualified professionals in their field such as myself and all the other brokers, without obligation or feeling beholden to that person in some way.

We all contribute to the excellence of this site with our frank and honest approach to giving information and assistance where possible. In fact a number of us have actually been asked by the forum to write articles and guides which have been subsequently posted for all to read. If we have no credibility or are only here for the business then why would we take part in such an exercise?

Money is not my God, and I do not need to use a chat forum to gain business. If I am approached by a poster for further help and I have the time to do the case correctly then I will help. This is very rare however it does happen. In the same way that I am sure a number of other posters including L&C, builders, conveyancers, estate agents, surveyors etc have all been approached and asked for further help.

I have absolutely nothing to hide, nor to be sorry or ashamed about, hence I have absolutely no problem in openly stating that I have concluded business on occasion with posters from this site.

If you have a problem with that Kenshaz then quite frankly the issue rests with you.

You think you are helping the posters of these forums with your retorts and attacks on the brokers etc that offer help here, when in fact all you are doing is disrupting threads asking for help. You will gain yourself a reputation as nothing but a troublemaker and will, eventually, drive people away from the site.

Grow up man and act your age.

We are going to do a similar thing. Building 2 starter homes to rent out. Borrowing money - interest only to pay for them on other property which was mortgage free.
