Anyone had any dealings with Crumpler customer service?

Hope this is the right forum for this.
I have two Crumpler bags, they are the same bag in different colours. The first I bought in January and it has been used loads of times, it is still in pristine condition and I am very happy with it.
The second bag I bought in April (as I liked the first so much and wanted it in black). I was a bit miffed when two weeks after buying it, it went down from £59 to £39, but that's life!
Anyway, I used it for only the second time on Wednesday and I noticed that it was fraying all along the top, so I am not very pleased at all. Obviously it is too late to return it for a refund but Crumpler offer a 30 year warranty on their bag in respect of defects but not if they are caused by normal wear and tear (definitely not the case here as I have only used it twice!)
I have e-mailed them with no response.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what Crumpler's service was like?
I don't really want the bag repaired or replaced although I wouldn't mind a credit note to get something else as I am a big Crumpler fan (sad, I know!)

You have only given them two days to reply to your email. If you want to speak to them more quickly, why not ring them?Gone ... or have I?0

I haven't "only" given them anything. I wanted to know of other people's experiences with them overall, not suggestions on how to make contact with them. I know how to use a phone!0
