I've only just found out that if Virgin thinks mail is spam it goes to the spam folder on Virgins email and doesn't go through to Windows Live/Explorer at all

totally sucks,

now I make a point of logging onto Virgin to check for spam there and have found a few wems I would of missed *rolls eyes*

Don't use your ISP provided e-mail address, get gmail and/or hotmail ones as you keep them if you switch ISP

I am with virgin and only found out earlier this year that they had an auto delete suspected spam 'feature' active on my account!
So i never even knew about the emails,
now turned it off,so i can decide what is spam, but i did wonder if i had missed anything good.
I use spamfighter now with outlook but my Grants wem still flagged as spam!

Both my Pepsi wins (Flip & £1000.. eeek!) both went into my junk folder!! I check it every day now
