Poor UK holiday accommodation, best way to complain

Atomik...I've replied to you where you posted this on the UK days out/accommodation forum. I had gone onto the lateroom website and found relevant bits from the t&c for you. Forum rules are that you shouldnt post the same thread in different areas but I can see you're pretty new. However as a courtesy to people trying to help please can you keep to using just one thread and close the other one down so that people dont end up spending time replying when somebody else may have given you the info you need elsewhere

Yes I am new! And I did not see the consumer rights forum until after I had posted on UK holidays, I went back into my account profile to see if I could delete the original posting but could find no way of doing that... far be it from me to deliberately waste anyone's time

If you could inform me, how to delete the other I could do that today!

I'm not sure how/if you can delete but I think you should be able to either edit the title/first post to show that the thread is effectively dead, or failing that put a final post to 'close' it down. I've been here a while but not ventured into very adventurous stuff!!
