Yup, I agree that it is more comprehensive and probably more accurate almost all of the time than any other measure of HPI.

I think you are missing something.
I very much doubt that anyone in their right minds would think that I and Dirk generally agree with each other.
Indeed generally the opposite.
I prefer to deal in facts while Dirk..................

No he's only did it once as far as I believe.
