Advice needed on rights when buying item on sale.

Hi i am hoping someone can advise me on a problem i have with a bed i bought from marshall ward. I bought it on sale, for £90 normal price £180, well thats how much it is no but i dont remember it being on sale! I paid in full when ordering. And when it arrived i noticed there was no screws at all, nothing except the wood.
I called the firm who advised me they would contact the supplier. I knew this could take weeks and my 12 yr old son has no bed to sleep on, just a matress on the floor so i really need the parts.
I tried to find the supplier online as i was going to try and ask then to send the parts directly to me but when i found them (kidspace) they had a note on the site saying they were closing down! I called marshall ward again and they said there was a problem getting the screws so would exchange the bed and arranged delivery and the uplift for me.
When i heard nothing from them i emailed asking for confirmation and they replied by saying i could not get a replacement because the sale was finished and i would gave to pay another £90. Is this within their rights? As it is not my fault that they sent me an incomplete item. All i want is the parts to build my boys bed. Any advice is appreciated.

I suspect that by refundiung and therefore putting you back in the same position as before you ordered that would be within their rights to do and you don't have the right to demand anything more than that.0
