Sent my (original) receipt and form off weeks ago, but have not received the refund. Anybody received theirs?

I just came to ask the same question. I have my till receipt and was filling in the form, noticed it said about a stamped envelope and then saw FREEPOST on the address.

Has anyone received their refund after sending in without using a stamp?

I can not remember if I put a stamp on it - although I think I did (had it in mind that it was a £9.50 return from £10 spend)

I received a letter today dated 13/10/2010 from Daniel Ward, Customer Service Supervisor which reads as follows:

"Thank you for entering our promotion recently. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances your cheque refund is going to take a little longer than planned to reach you, we're sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause you."

"Thank you for expressing an interest in the Finish QuantuMatic Offer and we will have your refund with you as soon as possible."

Anyone else received this? Highly puzzled as some of you seem to have received your refunds already?
