    It is. :o

Because I've been so bloody ill, I haven't been able to run, and have felt so out of shape, but instead of this motivating me to do something about it, I've just been in the mindset of "Well, I look repulsive anyway, one more glass of wine or packet of crisps won't make much difference". Except apparently, it does!

Add to that the kind of hunger that only comes from sudden floods of hormones, and also the kind of bone-tiredness that comes from the same source, and weight loss becomes virtually impossible.

I think I have been quite depressed for the last week or so. Thankfully, I am starting to pull out of it. I have eaten more healthily today and have a little more energy, but I feel as though I have a way to go yet.

Tackling my finances is giving me a boost though.

Gosh I really really need to concentrate when I'm driving. Think I'm a bit out of practice as I haven't driven for a couple of months. Went to the shopping centre - went totally the wrong way going there, then missed my turning off the motorway on the way home and ended up driving another 45 mins as I couldn't turn around.

Anyway....shopping trip was successful, if expensive. Did resist buying these

until I have a further think about them. They look lovely with skinny jeans, but at £70 do I really need them?? I've always wanted a pair of Fly shoes but seem to chicken out at the last minute when I'm actually in the shop. I just can't justify spending that amount of money on a pair of shoes.

really....it's not hard to understand :T
