Hi
Does anyone have any money saving tips for getting into Disney, Orlando?
Virgin & BA ( holidays which have been looked at) offer them as excursion but obviously at quite high prices. Someone has mentioned buying them from local walmarts when you get there.. has anyone done this and how much did it cost?
TIA

At the top of the page is a whole thread devoted to Orlando and Disney world, with links to other sites and loads of questions and answers. You should be able to find what you are looking for there. Here is a direct link.

you can buy partially used tickets from a booth on idrive cheap they may have 2 unused days or something but have 7 days before they expire,i got 2 for under $100 i think when at any disney park go to guest relations and ask for more days to be put on they can only put as many days on as is left before the time limit elapses (14 day expiry from first use on most tickets) cost $3 for each extra day so works out quite cheap.
booth is the bright yellow one by wooden go cart track no need to go to any timeshare brain washing sessions like most places that offer cheap/free tickets.0 -

Disney tickets are non transferable and when used to enter a park on day one the user has their fingerprints scanned and on every subsequent visit.
Personally, I would NOT be buying second hand tickets from anyone.

very true they are fingerprinted when first going in however going to guest relations and asking them to check how many days left and adding some on does not need fingerprint being taken.they then issue a new pass.
the ones i got worked at typhoon lagoon even with the fingerprint trick is to hovver your finger over scanner rather than pressing it on.0 -
depending on how many days you are doing the parks for really, we have bought myw tickets from orlando attractions, buy 5 days and get 2 free, they have base tickets which doesnt include water parks and you cant park hop, extra price if you want to park hop
would say it would be cheaper to get from uk before you go0
