But if you don't fancy ringing them on their freephone number, then post the full details from your last 3 statements here...ie opening balance, credits, PPI(?), interest charges, closing balance - with dates, and someone will advise further.
However, my money would be on the number of days in the statement period (as has already been established/suggested in this thread) and/or PPI charges.0 -
