help identify this plant please

HI please can someone enlighten me as to what this plant is? It has flowers, has very prickly bits, one of which i sliced open ,,its full of tiny seeds. I think its some type of weed maybe but really have no clue!! thanks in advance to any answers!

    ah ok,,wow i held a bit to bring it home,,and was very itchy and wheezy after holding it,,thought it was from her stables nearby,,guess it was this plant,,will tell her to get rid asap as they have a young family.

    Their are cultivated forms of datura,and they are highly poisenous too.
