can anyone recommend a good salon in the cardiff/newport area that does eyebrow threading? I find the £12.50 charge at Debenhams a bit pricey

I've never had it done, but my friends go to a place called Visible Changes in Roath, Cardiff, it's a bargain £5.00 and they say the service is very good
