If you google 'council house exchange' you'll find several - some you have to register to view some not.
Are you on the available homes exchange list. This is the one run by housing associations and can be found at https://www.availablehomes.org.uk You can register online and receive possible exchanges by post.
Also try your local Friday Ad as they have a property exchange section.
Your local authority will have a list of people wanting to move to your area aswell. HTH~A mind is a terrible thing to waste on housework~0 -
