Can't even remember if I had an email either, just searched my emails and nothing.....now just checked my bank and money not gone out either....dont even think I'll bother wasting my time and calling judging by the above posts.
This is what happened to me. Didn't hear a thing from them when I placed the order. I wondered if I'd actually placed the order correctly, but the cashback tracked on quidco on 27th and then got declined this weekend. Not happy with them :mad:0
