I've done quite a bit of xmas shopping recently, and have just realised by seeing that thread that I too haven't had my order yet.

Can't even remember if I had an email either, just searched my emails and nothing.....now just checked my bank and money not gone out either....dont even think I'll bother wasting my time and calling judging by the above posts.

I received a confirmation mail after making the order on Friday 27th and then received the canx email today. I am really annoyed

i diid 2 orders, one the evening of the first post, one early the next morning when they added more stock. i have received both my orders with nothing missing. perhaps i was just lucky, but was wondering if perhaps are the ones with orders cancelled people who ordered later?

i usually miss out on these kind of things so am pleased my luck was in this time, but sorry for those who have missed out.

Mine cancelled as well, paid by paypal which is showing up as pending, so bit annoyed too! Well done to everyone who managed to get stuff!

their homepage now says that online ordering is unavailable due to them moving warehouse, and to contact them if you have an oustanding order

had an email saying half is OOS

I paid by for two orders by paypal. The order placed yesterday has been processed but the order I placed on the 1st is still pending. Hopefully some people will get their orders if not all.
