Lack of satnav support

Sorry if this is a repeat but I cannot find my original post from yesterday!
I bought a new motorhome 2 years ago complete with Blaupunkt satnav. However, I now find that Blaupunkt decided not to support my model with software updates after just one year (even though they are still advertising it on their website!). Consequently, the mapping company has also stopped supplying updated maps for this model. It is not simply a matter of buying from a different manufacturer as the satnav is also used as a monitor for the reversing camera.
Surely Blaupunkt - and the motorhome supplier - have a duty to support products for more than just one year?
