ebay descriptions 2 Pics only 1 displayed Help

I am trying to sell an item on ebay, But when it comes to the description I want to put on 2 pics, the both pics i have sent to Imagevenue and when they are done I copy and paste them now the problem after I have completed the add and listed it one pic is displayed the other main one is just a Box with some writing and a red X in the left hand corner. Can someone please explain to me in laymans terms why one pic is displayed and the other one is not (Same Advert) :question:

Bad link/file maybe. Try uploading the picture to a different location, and copying it from there.
