If the nursery is only occupied during the day and not in the evening it will be almost impossible to get anything done about this, unless there is planting/opaque glass etc on the original plans.
Also it depends on the exact distance/angle between the windows and your windows.
does your conservatory have planning permission or was it done under pd rights? Is it heated or unheated? If it's not heated and not regarded by the planners as a habitable room you will get nowhere with retrospective complaints - when the planning application was in the department was the time to get your complaints in...This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
