If the facilities were as advertised, I cannot see your grounds for complaint. You might get a voucher towards a future purchase, but I would not expect a great deal.

With regard to the robes, you do realise how many people will have worn them before? I tend to take my own anyway.

Absolutely, I just don't do clothing that has been worn repeatedly by other people! My local spa also gives free slippers (thankfully new!), but the slightest bit of water makes them squishy!
