Samsung American style freezer problem

Hi, very first post. I have an RS20CCSV and there is a constant rattling sound coming from the FREEZER not the fridge just started this evening. When the door is opened this stops. Temp seems ok at present.Can anyone help? Not under warranty anymore bought 2005. I have searched for responses under this title but can only find responses to fridge issues/ice maker/water bottle problems. The troubleshooting in the manual does not help.Thanks

Yes - just found the receipt, was actually bought in 2004, warranty ended 20090
