Just a quick bump in case anyone new might be reading. I'm really looking for someone who specializes in, and is known to be good at, pointing. Not just a general builder who might be able to send a couple of guys round to have a go at it. Demanding? Maybe, but I'm terrified of a mess.

I do not think there are builders who specialise in just pointing. The nearest to specialists I can think of are steeplejacks or builders who specialise in historic buildings restoration. Might be expensive, but most work to quite high standards.0
