Hi All,

Just spoke to a very nice lady at Cravendale. It seems there are lots of people taking up there offer, and because of this they are suffering delays.

I have ordered a tea pot (17th December), plus spoons and a mug. The teapot should be arriving sometime in mid-February, the spoons fairly soon, as they are in stock, and finally the mug towards the end of March.

So don't get too worried if you've not received anything. They're on it.

Does it make any difference to dispatch/delivery whether you order individual items one at a time or if you order several? I've just ordered 4 mugs and a milk jug (I usually always buy this milk anyway) and I've got a nagging feeling I should have done the orders seperately.....but admittedly I have no basis in fact for that feeling.

I received a single spoon from them today. It wasn't something I requested but apparently its an apology for the tea towels and milk jug that still haven't received!
