I ordered 3 bowls and a pack of tea towels and a pack of spoons about 3ish weeks ago, not received anything yet
Have another 30 odd codes sat in our account but dont want to order anything else until the first lot turns up, also I notice there is now (or at least I cant find one) of seeing what you have ordered online so if I need to contact them how do I prove I ordered anything in the first place?
A bit of a farce really they know how many cartons of milk they sell each week / month so there is no reason really for them to have not been prepared and have all this stuff in stock ready to go, unless the promotion has been more of a success than they anticipated still poor organisation as far as I am concerned especially from what you might call a "premium" brand.
