Just ordered my right-handed Pirate mug. Would have gone for the jug but it seemed a bit short. The mug won't hold much with the biscuit storage bay, but if I don't take to it, it'll be an easy Christmas present with a pack of biscuits & some sachets of cofee etc!:) Kudos to Cravendale for appreciating the lefthander community might like thir own mugs!

I have seen a post mentioning that some codes are producing a message which states "ooops your code doesn't appear to be valid". I have had this a lot and have now resorted to using a magnifying glass to read the codes. I have had a couple that have failed and I e-mailed Cravendale via the "contact us" page of the website with the barcode from the pack, the sell by code and the promotion code nd they have sent me replacement codes via e-mail.

Got my teapot this morning, think that's the full set now (aside from a few designs that I don't want). I'll have spare codes going begging from tomorrow, so I'll post when I get home from Tesco and offer them up.

I am still waiting for my tea towels which i redeemed on 27th august :eek: I emailed through the contact us button and it took 2 weeks for them to reply saying sorry for the delay your tea towels will be with you shortly! I have now collected another 18 points but think i will wait for my tea towels to arrive before redeeming anything else, has anybody else had similar problems?

may be some of the ppl don't know yet but if you ref 3 friend then you get 3 points and here are some codes which are universal(as few ppl don't know yet)

ok so 3 of them work..you have to fig it out(also if you had already used them then it won't work)
you will have 6 points now.
you can make few account for your family member and have these 6 points for each member(please don't abuse the system and only make genuine account ),i did send them a e-mail asking if multiple account are allowed form the same address and they replied saying yes.for now if you have;let says 3 account from a home then you are only 2 points away(each account) from getting a freebie,or just save up 12 codes and rather then having one mug,order 3 mugs..........hopefully this help some of you.and yeh if some one do have unused codes then its welcomed n plz pm me rather then posting here.........cheers and good-luck...........
