Just attempted to input my latest codes but it says it does not recognise them though very sure putting them in correctly. Is anyone else experiencing problems?

Logout (if you think you are logged in) and close the browser window that you've got the Cravendale page open in.

Restart an IE or other browser session, go to Cravendale and LOG IN again

    Then try the code(s) again

DON'T SEND THEM TO nad_ to see if they can get them to work

YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN :)

I had one like that, but tried it again and it worked!

Double check that you have not mistaken an 'O' for a 'D' as some of them do look similar especially if the print is distorted.

They also have a helpline (its on the of the FAQ question 11, on the milkmatters comp page) 0161 214 8094 if you are having problems with a code not being accepted...HTH

  • Just inputted all the free codes and all the labels we had saved up and now have 40 bottles ready to spend :)

    but

We dont know what to order, wanted the teapot as we use a teapot at home and have a little collection now, sad I know lol but looking at it its only small, sure it says in the print somewhere it is a 3 or 4 cup one and it looks a bit clumcy when you look at it close up.......................

The mugs seems a good idea but again cant decide if we like them or not, same with the bowl and glass and is the milk jus a jug to use with the teapot? ie as small one?

might just end up with a load of tea towels lol as we use them as you would kitchen roll so go through loads of them mmmmmmmmmmmmmm decisions decisions.................

Has anybody received any of these goodies yet? What have you had and what do you think of it?

    Thanks :)

When you are on the site inputting your codes, click on the 'catalogue' icon on the bottom, you can flick through all the items and it gives you the sizes...it says that the mug and jug are 116mm high which does seem quite small, unless its a typing error (especially when part of the mug is for cookies!) However they are all free, so we cant grumble!...and you cant have too many tea towels!!:rotfl:

Have to agree though, I'll not be ordering the tea pot, I dont like the design much, too quirky for me:o.
There is a pic that Juno posted of the dish...have a look at post 100, I think Juno is happy with it (and the bird too by the looks of things!

    Hello :)

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I had seen the catalogue but thought it was worth asking here as things always seem to look different when they actually arrive lol

Looking at my ruler ha ha ha that 116mm is probably about right, just cant make my mind up on any of it have had a look a few times now as it seems pointless collecting the codes and not ordering anything.

We go through 2 bottles a day, I think the whole thing is going on (subject to stock) until February thats a lot of tea towels :rotfl:

Might be cool for the kids "breakables" I suppose bowels glasses that sort of thing, I like the cornishware blue stripes thats really nice, its the other random images they have shoved on there they seem a bit out of place.

Probably being too fussy lol they are all free after all, in fact yes I am being too fussy bowels, glasses cups and tea towels it is :)
