cant access asda

its really weird but i cannot get asda to give me password, it just doesnt arrive in my inbox or junk so i then register my mum where password is not a problem yet that shows all delivery slots full for 3 weeks. this i know is wrong as asda has confirmed they are not all full but cant explain why it has happened. they asked me to delete cookies which i did, but still no joy has anyone ever experienced something like this?

I think they changed the username for the login from the customer number to the email address you used when you registered a while ago. Or maybe they delete inactive accounts after a while...

Ok, try this

Click on start

Then Click on Run

type in cmd the press enter

Then type in ipconfig /release and press enter
Then when that has finished, type in ipconfig /renew and press enter!

Then when that has finished type in ipconfig /flushdns and press enter!


Then hopefully it will be working again.
