Tesco Value Easy Peelers....

Well I didn't like the look of these waxy-skinned cannonballs languishing on the bottom of the fruit shelves, but putting faith in the description they were 'easy peelers' and given that non-fiddly peeling ranks high in the criteria that I apply to my non-specific citrus-orientated fruits, I dropped them in my basket.
I was very surprised. Not only do they peel easily, but also they are sweet, juicy, quite large, hardly any pith and no flippin' pips!
They're certainly a heck of a lot better than the rest of the similar fruits on the shelves. Highly recommended so far, I just hope they keep until the end of the week.
