If T and LL both part pay for 2nd shed then who owns it come move out day ?
I am in agreement that if AST does not exclude use of shed then it's Ts shed.Inside this body lays one of a skinny woman

OP was given that info v early in the threadIf T and LL both part pay for 2nd shed then who owns it come move out day ?

but says new shed has now been bought. T chose to deal with it in a specific way so can't turn clock back and say " I want that original shed" instead.
T also *chose* to spend higher than amount LL was offering to rectify matters so presumably took into account the fact that he may lose that contribution when he goes.0 -

Hi again guys. Appreciate the discussion going on! I like the different angles, we've had all kinds of ideas about how to deal with it (including some less than honest ones) but in the end we are going to live there a while so we want a good relationship with LA and LL.
The point being made about the shed being part of the garden and property is what I think we will use on the LL/LA if they are not forthcoming with the cheque as per our agreement. It wasn't that long ago that I read through the contract and it said nothing about the shed being off limits.
I should also point out that we are renting an appartment in a converted 3 storey semi with back garden that was advertised as belonging to the appartment we are renting. We are also expected to look after the garden. So that plus the lack of a clause about not using the shed in the contract means we are probably entitled to it. Right?
Oh, and regarding the new shed we are willing to make a loss and leave the new shed when we leave. The LL promosised to pay for most of it - about 80%. Even raising the amount being contributed after seeing that we had chosen a better quality one.
I'm still hoping they are just being slow about paying. I don't want to battle with them but I need amunition if I do
