Virgin Mobile: 20 minutes before you can speak to someone?!

Im a new VM customer and i have to say their customer services department are shocking at best!!!!!
When my phone was stolen, it took an hour to get through to the lost/stolen dept.
For general issues/problems it takes on average 20 minutes until i get through to someone. The quickest time, ive recorded for CS is 15 minutes, longest is 45 minutes.
Anyone else noticed a pattern with their shoddy customer service?!
I would like to complain, however the numpties that deal with complaint emails r awful and just churn out rubbish from a script.
Anyone have an email address 4 sum1 higher up the complaints chain?
Surely 20 minutes is unacceptable everytime u fone them?

Its not taken me as long as 15/20 or 45 minutes to speak to someone, i get through to a person in about 5 minutes, i called up other week baout my slow internet and i got through to the guy in 5 minutes, i would have put the phone down after 15 minutes and tried in a bit0

ok are u contract?! was wondering, it costs 10p per call to 789? at 1st I used to get through like you but now i use a saynoto0870 number. didnt think this would matter as it gets to the same menu? ive tried the hang up and call back thing, but it always the same.
i phoned 150 a few times and they told me 789 works from landlines... total lies.0 -
Me and my husband have been with Virgin Mobile for years and we've never been on hold for more than a few minutes. They are usually very helpful too.Be Kind, Work Hard, Stay Humble, Smile Often, Keep Honest, Stay Loyal, Travel When Possible, Never Stop Learning, Be Thankful Always and Love0

Im not a mobile customer, although I am a Virgin XL, Broadband and Landline user and I must say I have never had an issue getting through. I dont know if I have been lucky but I have always (bar one) got through to the uk and any issues have been sorted quickly. With Virgin offering newsgroups as standard, fast and reliable internet access I really have no complaints with their service at all.
