Help Pls!!! Problems with frozen Halifax Savings Accounts

Help Please
Hi everyone, this is my first post her on MSE. Over the years I have accumulated a few savings accounts with Halifax. I also have a basic account that I use, they are all linked on-line. I stupidly took out a few Payday loans from Help Loan, and I used my savings account to receive the money. Halifax has now frozen all my accounts.
My question is: Will Help Loan still be able to take money from my accounts (DD) even if frozen, (EVEN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNTS)
If I cancel my accounts, will Halifax release my money.
Any advice appreciated....
