Phone Number for Thomas Cook at Newcastle Airport

Anyone have the telephone number for the Thomas Cook Desk at Newcastle Aiport as i want to ensure our tickets are there prior to departure.
I booked the holiday,via their web site (departs 1st Sept) ON THE 14th of Aug, I rang up today to ask where my tickets are to be informed they were posted yesterday, got home from work today opened the envelope --- no tickets inside!!!!!!
Phoned them they informed me the tickets were posted on the 16th? (funny yesterday wasnt the 16th) and informed me i could collect them from the airport.
So due to the above errors i would like to check my tickets are there prior to the weekend

You cant check this im afraid, you can only collect tickets 3 hours prior to your flight

If Thomas Cook have stated they have set up a TOD then you will have to take ther word for it I cant see why they wont have

Tickets are printed at the airport. you will have no problem in getting them there.
they are usually printed before the flight is due to start check-in. sometimes you can collect them the day before. you wont be the only person collecting them at the airport. try not to worry
