MSE a Vent

Options
I know a few of us have been around the parish for a number of years now, and some of us even refrain from replying to the genuine needs boreds such as Banking, IVA and others, and leave our slating to this backstreet of the parish.

Too common nowadays is the first poster on this backstreet is determined to interrupt the service by dragging up old posts, with silly remarks.

Here is one just now, new poster, dragging up nonsense for no reason

can anybody help me? i brought a tv from comet for 1000 pounds 4 years ago with extened warranty the tv broke down and an engineer came and told me it needed to be sent away for repair the men picked it up on the 27th of july and took it to be fixed it is now the 25th of august i rang again today and was told the warranty company told comet it must be fixed and not replaced as the part was on order and should be delivered to the service center by the 27th of august. i thought that there was a time limet on fixing goods and that if it would cost more than the tv was worth they would replace the item (bearing in mind it had a new bulb fitted two months before this problem) it seems that every time i contact comet i get fobbed of with excuses and noone can answer any of my questions or be any help to me at all!!!!! could anybody advise me to the best course of action? thank you

Though I gather from the style, they are probably think in their interactive world they are kind of funny, to most of this parish, there are buffoons (Hope this does not add to my yellow card)

May I suggest that those posters who come on here with less than a set number of post, are pre-moderated in the first instance.

As for old posts, should these be extinguished after a period of time, say after no posts for a month, only the OP can add to it, to reflect the current situation. If the post remains untouched for 6 months, no one can post to it.
