Cant view a particular website

Hi
Im having problems on my home pc viewing a particular website get the you cant view this website check your network settings etc. I know this website isnt down because I can view it wirelessly via my laptop and from my work pc (yes the sites safe for work
)
Ive tried contacting the site owners but no joy and also contacted talk talk who are my isp to absolutely no joy, so im appealing to the expertise on MSE does anyone have any ideas ?

Very difficult without a link or an error message. Have you tried a different browser on the PC in question?0 -

Firewall in router/modem
sometimes access through a router/modem is not allowed because the router has a firewall with particular "security settings". Can you access the site via the laptop through the same router/modem that the PC is using?0 -
It would help if you told us the URL, so we could look, too.
Otherwise plug it into Down for everyone or just me?...0
