    Expecting someone else to rearrange their lives to increase your profit would seem, to some, perhaps a little selfish & the sort of attitude that gets Landlords a bad name?? I could of course be wrong, and others will have different views...

    Been a LL for 25yrs, never had a problem with any tenants over viewing, treat people as you would wish to be treated yourself, my friend

    There seems to be a difference between landlords who ask their tenants to faciliate a few viewings, which most find OK and those who think tenants should be repeatedly available at the drop of a hat even when working.

    To be honest if the landlord treats me well during the tenancy then I will facilitate him where possible, however I don't see it as my responsibility to protect the landlords revenue!
