    I think you're being hung up on the OP's wording and the official meaning of those words within the context of property rentals and tax implications ... whereas the OP was just using generic/vernacular words to convey what they meant.
  • Thank you for the tips.... I am going to ask around (people i know). It would be a shame for the house to stay empty for a whole month, when people pay a fortune to stay in the local B & B's. I would make some extra cash and save someone a small fortune. I wasnt sure what the legal procedure was... Also, i did not think about if the holiday'ers would just stay on and refuse to leave. Thanks again
