I bought Alli and it's still in the packet unsealed as I daren't take it...obviously wont now but I was reluctant to when we were trying. I figured I could do it by myself. On the plus side I practically had to jump on the scales to prove to chemist I was over 18BMI. I said look, I have huge b00bs and a big @ss and skinny waist (that's gonna leave me soon!) believe me, I weigh 12 st and am 5ft 4. Anyway, she did sell them but not very MSE of me as I still have them although on the plus side they were £20.

Anyways, if you want your DHs and OHs to optimise their swimmers boxers are deffo the way fwd and this book left in your bathroom on the appropriate page may get them thinking.....http://www.tommys.org/Page.aspx?pid=602&nccsm=21&__nccspID=877

    Worth a punt. :)

  • So I jumped DH when he got in today!!! We tried the pre-seed but I must admit I was a little intimidated by the applicator . It was really nice though felt really natural, we only used 2 and a bit ml I think its in but even that was just a tad to much!!! So we'll use a little less next time!!

Still can't believe I have a high already!!! Its getting tense but exciting again!!! :D

Then next time you are at your docs may be worth discussing weight and see what they say. Mine offered them to me to try. They are Orlistat or also known as Xenical. If you eat a lot of fat then you pay the price when taking them, so I'm now on major health kick again. Done it once before when lost over 9 stone:eek:. Orlistat is the active ingrediant that is in Alli which you can buy in pharmacies, except its double strength than Alli. So if you can get on prescription would be quite MSE!

Hmm... I will ask about it. I have to go back in 2 weeks anyway so will ask then, Although i'm not sure if it'd be good if i take them, I have IBS and the PCOS medication I already have gives the same side effects so I may never leave the toilet :rotfl:I'm surprised they haven't mentioned my weight before.

Sounds like fun! I'm nervous about using pre seed. I have AGES till i have to use it because of my stupidly long cycles!!

I have spent all evening pulling rubbish out of two huge cupboards in my bedroom then stuffing it all back in again but tidier :rotfl:My OH is in bed now as he gets up for work before 5! When it is OV time I'll need to pray its on his days off as he's always in bed really early every night!

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

Or maybe your pregnancy symptoms? ;) How long are your cycles usually. You're not on the testing list as far as I can see, unless i'm just being blind!

they vary 26-32 typically - used to be 28 but not anymore lol
Nope im not on the testing list anymore - got slightly addicted to poas and we technically arent ttc so Im trying to resist any temptation of testing anyway :)

I'll still be living in the same place (I think) so will be in our local hospital unless anything goes wrong... Hoping for a waterbirth with no drugs/epidural :)

We'll see how long that one lasts lol

angelcake, no, my DH does not wear boxers:( He just laughed at it when I suggested. Perhaps I should buy one for him to try:huh:

As for the reason for him having SA was because we've been TTC for a year with no luck (except for 1 mc), so we went to a fertility specialist.
I had scans and blood tests, and was diagnosed with PCOS without hormone or weight problem. So am on Clomid for the 3rd cycle this month:o

svjenni, when will you test next?

Greener Grass, as you are on medication (Metformin?) for PCOS, doesn't that help with the weight too?

Fantafan, I do have that book too:p Better open that page and make him read it:cool: Didn't your DH read it of his own accord in the toilet?

Deborah, glad Preseed went great! Can't wait to try:j
