    Morning!! Happy Friday!!!!

Lynn - ((hugs)) sorry the witch got you
Penny - Do you temp? If not, maybe try that to monitor your cycle and pinpoint ov?
ilovecushions - not over til the witch shows! When are you due to come on?
Jen151 - I've added you on fertility friend

CD13(22) I woke up at 4am this morning for the second time this week. How random...! I took my temp and then forgot to make a note of it before I left for work :( So, will update my chart when I get home.

We have a lot of stuff going on at work over the next 6-8 weeks so if I do get pg this cycle, I am going to have to keep it VERY well hidden... Discrimination may be illegal but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen...

Hope everyone has a good Friday!!!!! :D

Thanks Smash7 Can anyone recommend a thermometer please? only experience of these is one of those strip forehead ones. Is it that simple? something tells me it maybe more complicated...
...and is it easier to track on a chart?

    I have started exercising:cool:
Decided to do 3 times a week, with a bit of running/fast walking, sit-ups and some weights.

At the moment, I've done Monday, Wednesday & Saturday, and will continue until I get pg:j

Like Gillby said, some do get pg quickly.
I was thinking back to when I got pg last time, I got BFP 3 weeks after getting married. It was our 1st month ttc as well. So what did I do different that I'm not doing now:think: Then it hit me:idea: , I used to go to the gym to shape up for the wedding:j
    Well, it's worth a try anyway:p

    Good luck Tuesday:o

In that case, your chart looks really promising, with possibly going triphasic from 8DPO!:j

I think it can be any BBT thermometer with 2 decimal points ie 36.23
You measure it in your mouth. You do it first thing in the morning without getting up and moving as little as possible.

Some get it from ebay, some from Boots:)

    Chart is free at FertilityFriend.com
