Have been looking on an ovulation website and according to my cycle the earliest I can test is a week on Sunday. However, today I seem to have EWCM, is that normal? Not that it matters as DH is out tonight and there's no chance of nookie if he's been boozing - I hate the smell! I was just checking the pg tests I bought off ebay - I paid for 5 but have been sent 10! :money:

ewcm and dtd when in the ewcm process should dtd occur in an ideal world???

It could be that it is a sign AF is near, or something else:p

phunkles, in an ideal world, you'd BD right at the end of the ewcm period, when it is most abundant and stretchy :cool:

Q - I had the ewcm a week ago. However this is my first cycle since the mc so I suppose it could be a bit all over!

As predicted DH came home a bit merry! His words when we were going to sleep were 'Well I thought you'd have wanted a humping' - gosh, how could anyone resist??!!

((((((((((HUGS))))))))) to SK, Depression is an awful thing to deal with and especially when you are going through the highs and lows of ttc. I know exactly how you feel, I came off ADs in Feb and I'm up and down like a yo yo and any probs with ttc are magnified by a million percent You're not alone, and you can pm me if you want to chat. What is it that OH isn't interested in? Is it all the OV stuff or is it the DTD?

Congrats to RachealC. Did you do the CB test?

I've got a couple of questions for anyone who can answer:

Numero uno: I think I'm on CD13 and yesterday afternoon when I went to the loo I wiped and there was a pinkish tinge to the wee on the loo roll. This is the first time it has happened and it hasn't happened since then. Do you think this may be OV spotting, or should there be more for that? I'm a bit worried that my egg is doing a runner and we haven't yet managed to DTD this month :eek:

Numero dos: I went to see my GP on Thursday as I am not having much luck with the OPKs and told him I don't think I'm ovulating. So he said he would do a progesterone test. Now my understanding is that this test is done on CD21 counting from the first day of your last period. He said no, you count from the last day of your period. I am totally confused, and it doesn't help that the GP was about 12 years old :think: If it is counted from the first day of your period then I'm on my jollies then so it will have to wait until next month, but I will be home again if it is counted from your last day. I had a progesterone test about 9 years ago but I can't remember any details other than everything was tip top then.

Any opinions on my two issues would be muchly appreciated.

Mine is to be done 10days before AF is due. But as i dont know when that is we're taking a guess at cd32 counted from cd1 as af day 1
