Hi ladies, just popping for some wise words please Oh and I are TTC number 2. However, we don;t manage to BD very much! We did BD not last weekend, the one before, neither of us is sure which day lol, but it was around O cos I made sure. I do conceive easily, based on past experience of 2 pregnancies (only one made it).

Anyway, I have a long irregular cycle and was expecting to be due somewhere around Thursday next week, but today I had very slight spotting. Iv'e also been having cramping and stretching feelings. Is this implantation spotting do you think? And when can I test? I'm supposed to be on a rare night out tomorrow but don;t want to drink if I might be PG!

Implantation spotting is usually 7-10 days after ovulation. Only a very small percentage of people who are pregnant get a positive test at 10 DPO so probably too early to test really. We did recently have a similar discussion and I think the consensus was that unless you're planning on getting smashed, the odd drink shouldn't do any harm.

I forgot to say that obviously there's no harm in testing and you could get a positive but a negative wouldn't rule pregnancy out for certain.

Thanks Susan I doubt I'd get a pos right now, but I do have a Tesco test so I might use it tomorrow. I really wish we Bdd a bit more often, but as you've guessed from the other thread, I co-sleep for half the night and so there's not a lot of opportunity!

QQ can u change my testing date please. the 17th was the date i thought it was but i got confused. my testing date is the 14th dec.

i'm still trying to stay positive. but really not feeling like this is my month. however PMA.

Not been here in a while, I do still read but am feeling really down about ttc these days as its taking so long.

I've decided to stop reading this thread as i'm finding it the hardest thing about TTC, It is really getting me down having been here so long now and seeing so many people come and go, it only makes me feel worse so i'm going to take a step back until April and I can move over to the 12 months plus thread where i'd feel more comfortable.

Hope each and everyone of you get your bfp's but especially, QQ, Wonder Womble, debs x 2, Lemon Tree and phunkles
