Went to Holland and Barrett today and got some soya isoflavones as I heard these are good but one ones I got seem to be 750mg which seems way to high, does anyone know where you get them from?

Evening Ladies I have read back so dodgy hugs for those who need them :grouphug:
Having a bit of a major melt down at the mo and I cant rant about it on here as I sure some one I work with has found me on here - that or the world is a creepy place...
but the end of my rant would be ...... started crying in Next today after a poo day at work :( (also feeling stressed to the max and i just miss my oh :( like an unbelievable lump that wont go when I swallow and thinking about him makes me just cry :(
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • My last two miscarriages were the same... they happen at 5 weeks and 4 days and they ask me if I was 'actually' pregnant or just late!!!

Lucky I took pictures of the blue plus sign...!

that was the worst bit of my treatment when the doc said 'IF' you were pregnant. i had 4 positive tests but hadnt took photos i think next time i will just in case. im actually quite shocked at how many of us there are that have had bad experiences. im feeling a bit low today its a week since my mc need some pma badly. PAWPURRS so glad your test results were ok but i can understand you being anxious for next time i really hope you have a healthy bean soon. although the doc said to us to wait a month before trying it was only for dating purposes in our case so we arent going to wait im charting bbt and using opks anyway so il be able to date from that if it happens this month. i thought i might of been oving early but opk was negative so im not going to test again till im due to ov in a normal cycle. if i miss this month at least i should be back to normal next month. mind holding off going to loo for 4 hrs was torture lol i think the more you know you cant go the more you want too. hope everyone is ok i think the BFP fairy is going to be very busy next month.

    LOTS OF BIG ((HUGS))

I've been out of sorts today too as today is two weeks since my mc!

I think it's shocking at how many people are treated so badly 'because it wasn't very far along'

After 2 'chemical miscarriages' (which don't count, who say's they don't??? Oh right the Dr's!!!) and 3 miscarriages.... I find the attitudes very disconcerting!!

    ((MORE HUGS))

  • hi julie big hugs to you too i dont think anyone who hasnt been through it understands (no offence to all the lovely suportive caring people on here) what the docs dont realise is once you see the BFP you start to dream and plan for your baby you dont care that its only a bundle of cells at that point to you its your child. all the docs see is the medical side which ok its their job but to them its just a bundle of cells which hasnt developed any further. thats the problem they arent emotionally attatched.

That exactly what I was thinking - you start making plans in your head and picturing things as soon as you know. It totally changes your expectations of your entire future so when it is taken away it changes things completely again.

Completly agree, and then there are the physical changes, I was sick, my b00bs killed, I was up at 3am every morning for a pee, I slept lighter, and kept dreaming at night.

My body craved more food, yet I lost weight and I had less energy!

You plan, you dream, you love....!

    Then you lose it...

And someone said... Oh your were only 5 weeks and 4 days.....!

    ONLY!!!!!!!!

I knew I was pregnant from 3 weeks... my life revolved around it for 2 weeks and 4 days.....!!!! I looked at other peoples babies and I allowed myself to imagine what mine would look like, would it be a boy or a girl.... would it look like mummy or daddy.... how would my son handle the baby... how would my cats handle the baby!!!

    ((HUGS)) all round x
