I'm not sure when you should expect AF. I had a period each month within 2 days of my last pill so when I finally stopped I had that, the about 30 days later I had a 'proper' period. Not much help to you though

Congrats to other Debs on your new pooch!! I babysat my sister's puppy last night (and my 6yo niece ) and he was a handful. We would love a dog, but we both work full time.

Oh yeah ... the only thing that has worked for me is figuring out the cause. Apparently I am allergic to most facial washes, shampoos, conditioners, moisturisers etc. Over the years I've bought the most expensive products thinking they would help when in actual fact they were making it worse. Now I only use 'simple' products and drink 2 litres of water a day. I still get occasional spots and pre menstrual plooks, but it is so much better than before.

Hi guys
I've been reading this thread for a while and decided that if I didn't get pg this month that I would finally join you!

I came off the pill in May but we didn't start ttc until the end of August (spent the weekend looking after neices/nephews and realised we were so ready for our own family!)
So have been ttcing since then but only really started to take note of my cycle the last 2 months.

This month we BDd a lot around what I think was ov (only by using dates and looking for signs, no temping or charting)
AF was 2 days late so we took our first test last night & I was so sure it would be good news but it was a BFN. AF just arrived

So Hi everyone, not sure how regularly I'll post but as DH won't let me tell anyone I know I need to discuss with you lot instead as ur the only ones who know how I'm feeling!!

hey all, sorry not had time to read back. hope everyones alright?

AF is due on Friday, not got my usual sore boobs(but then i didnt have that last month either) but im going to refrain from doing a test until Saturday(well Friday night if AF hasnt shown and i just cant stop myself) id love to be pregnant this month as the baby would be due on our 1st wedding anniversary!

You should go to the GP, they usually give you BCP to reset your cycle back to normal. Are you sure you didn't have miscarriage? In which case, it's normal:o

Welcome gizmo. :wave: Hugs for AF. We all know the feeling when AF is late and you get that little bit of hope..... Hope your stay is short.

I've rest the cbfm but I messed up the timing window. So this morning on day 6 I popped in the test before resetting the time window and it was high. I don't know if the test is actually detecting the hormones or it's just giving me a daft reading after my last crazy cycle. Lol. Wonder what it will say tomorrow....

well i was due for AF last thursday and the craps started on Tuesday morning and by the afternoon she had arrived so when i thought all my cycles have sorted themselves out i was wrong so i havent a clue whats going on with my body
CD 9 for me so due to start OPK on Fri - really need to chart properly now as hating the BFN every month

Since everyone here is intending on becoming pregnant and is likely to sign up to baby/pregnancy clubs I feel I need to warn people not to sign up to Emma's Diary. I have unsubscribed to them four or five times since my miscarriage (I've lost count) and they are still sending me e-mails.
