I don't know about caffeine and TTC but there was a study which found that greater than 200mg caffeine a day increased the risk of miscarriage.

I've tried to cut down on caffeine so only have decaff coffee every morning but have "proper" coffee at a weekend out of my lovely coffee machine. (That said, have just had a naughty cappucino - but only coz I'm feeling sorry for myself today

I don't think I've had a caffeinated drink more than half a dozen times since Alice was born.
ETA: When I was pregnant with Alice I used to have a cup of caffeinated tea first thing and then decaff the rest of the time.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Not good:(
There's one on my right ovary which might/might not grow.
I had one extra injection to push it along, but who knows that may be it for this year
I have another scan on Saturday to confirm, then I think I'll ask for AF inducing drug so that I can time ov for when I see DH later this year:o I probably only have less than 2 weeks window in January...
<<<HUGS>>> QQ. Good luck on Saturday.
we're not having a very good day on here are we?

Right, I'm testing tomorrow. I've just been looking at FF (not been on it before) and it says the fertile window is 2 days before ov and the day of ov. We bd'd on cd12, 14 and 17 and I ov'd late 16 early 17. If the swimmers didn't catch it then we'll have to up the game!

Welcome calamityclaire
I hope (in a nice way) that your stay is short with us. There's also a Under 12 weeks thread and a huge scary Pregnancy thread after 12 weeks (that moves so fast with lots and lots of people), so you'll be in good hands all the way......
QQ - Sorry to hear about your appt, still keeping my fingers crossed for you.
On the caffeine thing, I've drank decaf coffee for ages but stuck with my twinings everyday tea (the yellow box), BUT I decided to try decaf typhoo as it was on offer in Morrisons last month, and it's actually fine. I've been drinking twinings for years so thought I'd hate the others. Really, there is very, very little difference. Honestly, I was very surprised, and there's lots of decaf brands to choose from. I do have a couple of diet cokes at our friends once a week, so get a little caffeine here and there....TTC #3..........0
