    just wonder when you count cycle days from. My AF came to visit me today. so do i count from today or when she goes again ?

    not sure im gonna be very good at the counting and planning side of things as i'm more of a lets just give it a go,lol. but would be interesting to see what my cycles are like without hormone tablets being pumped into my body.

    CD1 is first day of full flow AF.
    You don't have to count the days, just note the day you have your AF, and perhaps when you have ewcm and let nature do its job:D

    Cycle day 1 is the first day of your period and then you count from there. However it should be the first day that it is 'full flow' if that makes sense.

    You'll soon get the hang of it! I had no idea about it all not so long ago and its actually really interesting getting to know just how your body works.

    Not me, but my cycles are a little longer than most and I'm only on month 2 with the cbfm :)

    Afternoon lovelies.
    How cold is it today at all brrrrrr.
    Still no AF - but have been bored today waiting for a gasman and since I started keeping track of Af and cycle length its been a bit all over the place so Im definately not holding out much hope (however this af being rather late should hopefully mean next time I see oh Ill be oving - and I have opks (the same as QQ) on the way :j ) Stuff happens for a reason I guess :)

    Was going to be creative this afternoon and make some Christmas cards but they look like a 4year old made them so Ive scrapped that idea :rotfl:
    So might make some pastry and make jam tarts :D

    Egg White Cerival Mucus.
    It's the best stuff to transport the swimmers.
    Exactly what it says on the tin but think raw egg white not cooked like I thought for months...7 months to be precise!

    EWCM stands for egg white cervical mucus. Have you noticed them in the middle of your cycles? It happens from few days prior to ov, to facilitate the swimmers. They can't swim on thin air;)

    Some more details here:

    If they are scant, you can increase them by drinking more fluid, drinking grapefruit juice, evening primrose oil and/or taking Robitussin cough cyrup (red box, not with decongestant). Other way is more direct, you put Preseed (gel) inside you:D

    I think I have enough ewcm around ov, but I'm not taking any chances and take Robitussin and Preseed near ov;)
